Welcome to the real thing
If you love the sharp-sweet taste of Seville orange marmalade and fruity jams but don’t have time to make them yourself, try these award-winning conserves straight from my London kitchen.
There are 16 jams and marmalades to choose from, all made with fresh fruit, sugar and lemon juice. Nothing else.
News flash I’ve been busy this week making Seville marmalade and Seville marmalade with whiskey, so you can now order them. New year boost: Tom Foakes, who runs the Charterhouse Christmas Fair, visited my stall and bought some jams. He told a friend of mine how delicious they were, “quite the best I have ever tasted.” Thank you, Tom. I, in turn, can recommend the Christmas Fair. So many exciting stalls in a famous historical building.
“I love marmalade, and your bitter-sweet, mouth-watering, tangy, sublime version is as good as it gets. No wonder you win prizes everywhere you go. Bravissima, Mary!”
